Sweetstacks Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 1/2 cups sweetstacks pancake mix (serving at www.sweetstacks.com)
  • 1 - 1/3 cup milk (for best results use whole )
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whip together with whisk.
  2. Add SweetStacks pancake mix to mixture in bowl and whip together with whisk.
  3. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray then heat waffle iron.
  4. Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
  5. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
  6. A Full Batch yields approximately 8 waffles.
  7. Waffles are made with 1/4 cup of batter.
  8. TO STORE: Store leftover waffles in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer.
  9. TO REHEAT: Heat waffles in toaster until crisp.
