  1. In a blender, mix all dressing ingredients.
  2. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  3. Do not overblend the dressing or it will become very thick. If that happens, thin with water.
  4. Refrigerate dressing for 2 hours.
  5. Toss sald with dressing about 10 minutes before serving.
