Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt margarine (non hydrogenated!) in saucepan.
  3. Add other ingredients, stir to combine.
  4. Pour onto greased baking tray and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into squares and leave to cool.
  6. Make icing with icing sugar, water and lemon juice and spread it on the cold things .
