Directions:

  1. Coat the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Season pork with salt and and add to skillet. Sauté 3 minutes per side.
  3. Add pork to slow cooker and layer in onion, green pepper , and mushrooms.
  4. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over pork and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
  6. Serve over egg noodles
