Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together, the mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice, cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
  3. Add dressing.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until serving.
