Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake sweet potatoes at 400 for 30 mins. Let cool to touch,peel and slice into 1/2 thick slices
  2. Combine orange juice and next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish;set aside
  3. Combine peanuts,parsley and sesame seeds in shallow dish. Dip sweet potato slices into orange juice mixture and dredge lightly in peanut mixture. Place in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 mins. Garnish,if desired.
