Sweet Potatoes With Onions and Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill on medium for 10 minutes.
  2. Place onion in single layer in 13x9 foil pan.
  3. Top evenly with sweet potatoes and red pepper.
  4. Drizzle with basting oil.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, sealing well.
  7. Place pan on grill, close grill lid.
  8. Grill, covered, 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
