Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot of salted water, boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
  2. Return to pot and set over low heat for a few minutes to evaporate any remaining water.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Mash potatoes, leaving them a little chunky.
  5. Add caramelized onions, salt, buttermilk and dill.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
