Sweet Potatoes Twice Baked

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Bake or boil potatoes, peel and mash. Mix in bowl with the potatoes the salt, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and cream. Pour into casserole. Mix the butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans and put on top of the potato mixture.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
