Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prehear oven to 375*.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
  3. Peel & cut potatoes into inch cubes.
  4. Put potatoes in a 3 quart saucepan & cover with water.
  5. Bring to a boil & cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
  6. Drain & put in a large bowl & mash until smooth.
  7. Add remaining ingredients except nuts.
  8. Spoon or pipe mix onto cookie sheet in 10 mounds, sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Drizzle with honey while warm & serve.
