Croissant Toast With Orange Honey Butter-ci

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together orange honey butter ingredients until well blended. Set aside.
  2. In pie plate or pan, beat eggs then slowly add half and half and whisk together.
  3. Add zest, nutmeg and vanilla.
  4. Melt 2T butter in skillet.
  5. Dip 4 croissant halves into egg mixture and cook in skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes each side(only turn once).
  6. Repeat as needed with remaining butter and bread.
  7. Serve with dollop of orange honey butter and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
