  1. Combine juice, peel, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Beat well.
  3. Melt butter in 13x9 baking pan.
  4. Dip the bread on both sides; place in pan.
  5. Bake at 450* for 6 minutes, turn and bake another 6 minutes.
