Sweet Potato Fluff Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Combine sweet potatoes with margarine, sugar, eggs and evaporated milk, mix well.
  2. Add coconut, marshmallows and nuts, blend thoroughly.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
