Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 31/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2/3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and oil
  2. Beat in eggs
  3. Add dry ingredients alternately with water to egg mixture
  4. Stir in sweet potatoes and nuts.
  5. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
