Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice onions 1/4-inch think.
  2. Sauté onions in butter until soft.
  3. Cook rice in water for 5 minutes then drain well.
  4. Combine rice with onions, cheese, half-and-half and pimento.
  5. Spoon into baking dish and bake at 300 for 1 hour.
