Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in medium saucepan over med-high heat.
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar & bouillon. Bring to boil.
  3. Let mixture boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Meanwhile, slice chicken breast as you like. Some prefer chunks, some prefer tender-like slices.
  5. Place chicken and pineapple (undrained) into crockpot.
  6. Pour sauce over.
  7. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, on high no more than 4.
  8. Approximately 1 hour before serving, switch to high and add a tablespoon of cornstarch slurry to hot liquid to slightly thicken. You may want to add your fave veggies like green pepper & onion at this time. Allow to cook on high for one hour to achieve the tender crunchy texture we all like in our Chinese-style foods.
  9. Enjoy!
