Ingredients:

  • 500 g bhor (available at indian spice shops )
  • 750 ml vinegar
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Wash bhor thoroughly
  2. Place in pot cover with water and boil until done
  3. Rinse and drain
  4. Make a slightly thick syrup by dissolving the sugar in the water and vinegar add the salt and crushed red chillies (dried)
  5. Add the drained bhor and simmer on low heat until nice and thick
  6. ENJOY!!! ESPECIALLY FOR MY FRIEND TINA FROM PRETORIA !!!
