Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add onions and cook while stirring until softened.
  3. Add sliced peppers and continue stir frying another couple of minutes.
  4. Add celery, followed by quorn and sugar snap peas.
  5. Drain can of pineapple and add chunks to stir fry.
  6. Mix drained juice with the brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.
  7. Add liquids to stir fry.
  8. Continue cooking and stirring until the sauce is thickened and the the peas are cooked.
