Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 lbs pot roast
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 dash garlic salt & sugar

Directions:

  1. Add potato and carrots around the roast. Cook 10 - 11 hrs on low heat.
