Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) containers of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) container of sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) can of refried beans
  • 1 (4 oz) can of ortegas
  • 1 (6 oz) can of olives , hand sliced
  • 12 oz of salsa
  • 1 (8 oz) package of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of taco seasoning

Directions:

  1. Soften both containers of Cream Cheese and mix with package of Taco Seasoning. Smooth on bottom of a casserole dish like a crust.
  2. Add the Sour Cream and smooth on top of Cream Cheese.
  3. Heat the refried beans later in a separate bowl for about 2-3 minutes in microwave. After heated, smooth on top of Sour Cream.
  4. Add the Salsa, can of Ortegas, and the sliced olives.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  6. Microwave for 6 minutes on low heat.
  7. Serve with chips and enjoy.
