Super Simple Crock Pot Roast With Real Gravy

  1. Place meat in crock pot.
  2. Cover with vegetables, garlic, soup mix, vermouth and water.
  3. Turn crock pot to low and cook for 7-9 hours.
  4. For the gravy:.
  5. Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  6. Add flour and whisk to create roux, cook for one minute.
  7. Whisk in desired amount of liquid for you preference of gravy thickness.
  8. Add pepper to taste.
  9. Serves 4 with leftovers.
