Super Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • 2/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream (to garnish ) (optional)
  • cinnamon (to garnish ) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend everything except the ice until smooth.
  2. Add ice; continue to blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, if desired.
