Super Lite Creamy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 -3 tsp flour
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 125 g pasta

Directions:

  1. Combine Cream Cheese, Milk and Avocado (Mashed) in a saucepan over low to medium heat.
  2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste (Additional spices and even ham can work well too).
  3. Slowly stir in flour 1tsp at a time until the sauce thickens.
  4. Pour over cooked pasta
  5. Enjoy! :D.
