Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker set to high, place the cheese and milk and cook stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and is well blended with the milk
  2. Cook Sausage until evenly brown, add onions and cook until onion is translucent
  3. Remove from heat and drain off grease
  4. Stir sausage mixture into cheese mixture
  5. Reduce heat to low
  6. Mix in salsa, Rotel and black beans
  7. Cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips
