Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Dip fish in lemon juice, and dredge in crumb mixture.
  2. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over fish. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
