Summer Camp Hobo Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets aluminum foil (enough to cover pan)
  • 3 medium potatoes (my family likes )
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper (membrane and seeds removed)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Pat ground beef into hamburger patties.
  3. Slice potatoes about 1/4 thick.
  4. Chop up carrot, onion, and bell pepper.
  5. Line pan with aluminum foil.
  6. Add hamburger patties.
  7. Scatter potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and onions.
  8. Cover pan with another piece of aluminum foil and slit the top.
  9. Let cook until patties and potatoes are done.
  10. Season to taste and Enjoy!
