Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine sugar, spices & salt in bowl
  3. In separate bowl toss nuts with egg white to coast then toss with sugar/spice mixture
  4. Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet separating as much as possible.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.
  6. Use a metal spatula to break nuts apart then return to oven for 5 more minutes to dry thoroughly.
  7. Remove from oven and shake pan to break up nuts.
  8. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to cool and harden.
  9. Bon Appetit!
