Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauce onion and butter until slightly browned.
  2. Add the vegetables.
  3. Add 1 cup water, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer til vegetables are tender.
  5. Add milk and heat to boiling.
  6. Blend flour with 1/4 cup water to make a smooth paste and add to the soup, cook for one minute while stirring constantly.
  7. Garnish servings with chopped parsley.
