Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the onions in boiling, salted water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Remove centers of onion carefully chop centers.
  3. Cook the green pepper, ground beef seasonings in a skillet until beef is brown.
  4. Place the onion shells in a casserole stuff with beef mixture.
  5. Top with cheese and tomato sauce.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
