Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash mushrooms. remove stems.
  2. Place caps on a cookie sheet
  3. Chop up stems finely (foodprocessor wks great for this)
  4. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, stems, 1 cup shredded cheese, oinion, garlic salt and soysauce.
  5. Stuff into the mushroom caps letting them over stuff a little.
  6. Add cheese to the tops of each one.
  7. Put 2 tbsp water in bottom of pan to keep them from sticking.
  8. When ready put in the oven at 350 for 15-20 min.
  9. Voila!!!
