Stuffed Mushrooms The Easy Way

easy recipe to impress! and everyone loves them! can prepare them up until the oven part way before and when guest arrive put them in the oven
Ingredients:
white whole medium mushrooms w/stem (i do about 15-30 depending on the crowd or if just for us family)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
1 bag shredded chedder cheese or mottzerella if preferred
1 red onion diced
2 tsp. garlic salt (+/-)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
1. Wash mushrooms. remove stems.
2. Place caps on a cookie sheet
3. chop up stems finely (foodprocessor wks great for this)
4. in a bowl mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, stems, 1 cup shredded cheese, oinion, garlic salt and soysauce.
5. stuff into the mushroom caps letting them over stuff a little.
6. add cheese to the tops of each one.
7. put 2 tbsp water in bottom of pan to keep them from sticking.
8. when ready put in the oven at 350 for 15-20 min.
9. Voila!!!
