Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizer

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean mushrooms with brush and damp cloth.
  2. Gently remove and reserve stems from mushrooms (hold upside down and gently push against stem next to cap until it dislodges).
  3. Place mushroom cap upside down in microwave safe quiche or pie pan.
  4. Mince mushroom stems.
  5. Heat Saute Pan with Canola Oil on medium heat.
  6. Add minced Mushroom stems, Onion, and Garlic. Saute until soft.
  7. Remove pan from heat and add: Bread Crumbs,
  8. Parmesan Cheese and Seasonings. Mix well.
  9. Stuff Mushroom caps with prepared mixture
  10. Microwave stuffed mushroom caps for 3 to 4 minutes and serve with cocktail picks or horderve forks.
