Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayo in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Whisk egg and milk together.
  4. Stuff cheese mixture into jalapenos and dip into egg mixture.
  5. Roll peppers in cornflake crumbs and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
