Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry ground meat until no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Add cumin and chile powder.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Halve and seed peppers.
  5. Place in a 9 x 13 lightly oiled metal cake pan.
  6. Stuff each half with cream cheese then meat and top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minute or until cheese melts.
