Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (2 slices)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped )
  • 2 large eggs (beaten )
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp msg
  • 1 dash ginger

Directions:

  1. Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 6 patties or 3 larger steaks.
  4. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
  5. These burgers can also be pan grilled.
