Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken and Italian dressing in a large zip-lock bag and marinate several hours or overnight.
  2. In a bowl mix together spinach, water chestnuts, onion and parmesan cheese; mix well.
  3. Pound chicken breasts thin then coat both sides in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place some spinach mixture on each breast and then roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Lightly grease a glass baking dish and place prepared chicken breasts in dish.
  6. Pour melted butter over chicken and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 mins.
  7. Or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
