Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove outer leaves of cabbage at least 12 and boil until tender
  2. Chopped remaining cabbage and place in bottom of dutch oven
  3. Peel and dice potatoes then add to chopped cabbage
  4. Peel and slice carrots then add to dutch oven
  5. Slice onions and add to dutch oven
  6. Mix beef, egg, rice, garlic and pepper
  7. Spoon beef mixture into each leaf and roll
  8. Place in dutch oven seam side down
  9. Pour tomatoes over mixture
  10. Pour tomato sauce over mixture
  11. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours
