Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and brush on cut surfaces of squash.
  3. Place cut side down in a large baking dish without crowding.
  4. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes.
  6. In skillet melt remaining butter over medium heat.
  7. Saute remaining ingredients for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Spoon vegetables into squash halves.
  9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until squash is tender.
