Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water, sugar and gelatine in a heatproof jug and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Allow to cool for 5 mins then whisk together with the vanilla, coconut cream & yoghurt until smoooth.
  3. Pour into 1/2 cup moulds & refrigerate until set.
  4. Serve with fresh strawberries.
