Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Base.
  2. Crush wheat biscuits, add sugar, coconut,flour and melted butter.
  3. Press into a slice tray with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Filling.
  7. Combine the water, sugar and gelatine into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool, add vanilla and then whip until stiff.
  9. Pour onto prepared base.
  10. Topping.
  11. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  12. Allow to cool but not yet set.
  13. Pour onto filling and spread.
  14. Allow to set and then cut into slices.
