Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine bananas; strawberries or mango slices; grape juice or fruit nectar; yogurt; and, if desired, honey in a blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into six tall, chilled glasses.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with ground pistachio nuts.
  5. Makes 6 smoothies.
  6. Note: For two-tone smoothies, make mango smoothies and strawberry smoothies.
  7. Transfer to separate pitchers or glass measuring cups.
  8. Taking a pitcher or cup in each hand, slowly pour both smoothies at the same time into opposite sides of the glass.
