Directions:

  1. Toss salad ingredients together.
  2. In a tight and sealed container - shake the dressing ingredient well.
  3. Chill and pour over the salad right before serving.
  4. May like to add toasted pecans or slivered almonds.
  5. Don't over-do it on the fruit, or it will be too sweet.
  6. Enjoy!
