Strawberries With Buttermilk Ice And Balsamic Vine...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl whisk the 1 1/2 tablespoons of the sugar with 1/2 tablespoon of the lemon jice until the sugar is dissolved. (you can use sugar sub if you want)
  2. Whisk in the buttermilk and pour into a shallow baking dish, freeze until firm, whisking the mixutre every 30 minutes, about threee hours.
  3. In a bowl, toss the strawberries with the remaining2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  4. Add the lemon zest and vinegar and let stand for 30 minutes, Spoon the berries and any juices into glasses
  5. Take a fork and scrape the buttermilk into fluffy ice
  6. Crystals and spoon over strawberries. Garnish with
  7. Tarragon and serve.
