Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion (diced )
  • 4 slices toast (cubed )
  • 1 quart canned tomato
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter until translucent.
  2. Add cubed toast, cook another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and sugar.
  4. Simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Serve.
