Stewed Cinnamon Peaches

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of peaches, sliced
  • a small package of cinnamon flour tortillas

Directions:

  1. Place the peaches and the liquid they came in into a small pot, turn on medium heat
  2. Add desired amount of each spice and honey
  3. Stew for half an hour, adjust heat so they don't boil
  4. Warm the tortillas in paper towels in the microwave. i usually keep em in there 40 seconds
  5. Place peaches in the middle of tortillas, top with a bit of cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar, and enjoy with some hot chai!
