Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, water, molasses and brown sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.
  4. If desired, you could add some raisins, currants or other dried fruit.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding additional water if necessary to prevent sticking.
  6. Cook until water is absorbed and oats are cooked.
