Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in dutch over over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, celery, garlice.
  3. Cook 10 to 12 minutes until veggies are softened.
  4. Add chicken broth, crushed, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and salt and pepper.
  5. Bright to boil, reduce heat , cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 c. butter or margarine in small saucepan; stir in 1/2 c. flour.
  7. Cook over medium high, stirring, until deep brown.
  8. Whish into soupe; cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
