Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 lb steak
  • 1 tsp wostershire

Directions:

  1. Melt 4 tbs butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, onios, lemon uice & wosceshire& Salt. Cook til mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley and set aside in bowl., keep warm. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Cook steak over medium-high heat. Turn once, 3-4 mins on each side. Serve w/ mushroom sauce.
