Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups okra and tomatoes
  • 3 cups cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp pepper
  • cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cut up squirrel and brown in oil.
  2. Add all ingredients to stew pot.
  3. Cook rice until its done.
  4. Mix all together and cook until boiling.
  5. Also beware of the little bones in the squirrels.
