Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat pot on a medium high flame, drizzle oil on bottom of pot
  2. Once oil is hot, add rice and sliced onion. sauté rice and onion until both are brown.
  3. Carefully add hot water, tomato sauce, and all seasonings. stir well
  4. Bring to a boil and then put flame to a low and cover and cook until all the liquid is gone and the rice is firm.
  5. Let it stand for 15 mins and enjoy!
